MyOG Social automatically adds beautiful Open Graph (OG) images to your WordPress posts and pages. When someone shares your content on social media (Twitter/X, LinkedIn, Facebook, Slack, etc.), a professionally designed OG image is generated on the fly.
How it works:
- Install and activate this plugin.
- Create a MyOG.social account and add your domain.
- Paste your 4-character account hint into the plugin settings.
- Enable OG image output in the plugin settings.
- Share a link — a beautiful OG image is generated automatically.

This plugin is a companion to the MyOG.social service. A MyOG.social account is required. The plugin sends your page URLs to the MyOG.social API (https://api.myog.social) to generate OG images. See the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
Installacion
- In your WordPress admin, go to Plugins Add New and search for « MyOG Social ».
- Click Install Now, then Activate.
- Use the setup screen to create a MyOG.social account and connect your domain.
- Copy the 4-character account hint from your MyOG.social setup snippet.
- Go to Settings MyOG Social, paste the account hint, and check Output MyOG.social OG image tags on public pages.
- Optionally choose a template.
That’s it — your pages will now have automatic OG images when shared on social media.

Yes. Sign up for free at MyOG.social and add your domain to your dashboard.

The plugin does not output tags until setup is complete. Go to Settings MyOG Social, paste your 4-character account hint, and enable OG image output.

Does this work with Yoast SEO or RankMath?

These plugins may set their own OG images. To use MyOG.social instead, disable OG image output in your SEO plugin’s social settings.

Which pages get OG images?

Every page on your site: posts, pages, custom post types, archives, categories, and the homepage.

Can I choose a different template?

Yes. Go to Settings MyOG Social to pick from Brand, Screenshot Right, Screenshot Bottom, Screenshot Bottom Framed, or Screenshot Only. Or configure the default in your MyOG.social dashboard.
