Installacion
- Upload the plugin files to
/wp-content/plugins/mch-ad-injector/ - Activate the plugin through the Plugins screen
- Go to the MCH Ad Injector menu to create and manage your ads

Yes. Each ad has settings to exclude by page, category, or tag.
