Simple Visitor Registration Form

Descripcion

There are loads of great full featured form plugins available for wordpress. Some take a little getting to know in order to get the most out of them. This plugin is not one of those, it is something simple to help physical venues create a visitor registration form with the use of a single shortcode.

Once a patron of a venue has filled out the form, they have the option to add a new guest or visit a customisable link of the venue’s choice. Entries can then be exported to CSV by the WordPress administrator with exact date along side the details added into the form.

Links to your form can be place at the entrance to a location as a requirement of entry.

  • Add a custom form field, eg. « Destination Room Number » or any other information that might be handy.

Very Nice little plugin. easy to use. Simple and nice. No way to delete the data. In readme it is described but I haven't found the way to delete registartions. A date interval for deletion would make it absolutely brilliant. In this way : " Delete all entries more than XX days old" Otherwise Thumps UP. Regards Jens
