- Go to Plugins Add New

- Click « Install Now » and then « Activate »
- Go to Media MediaSpark to see your dashboard

How do I use bulk actions?

In your Media Library, select multiple files using checkboxes. Choose a MediaSpark action from the « Bulk Actions » dropdown:
- MediaSpark: Assign to Folder – Opens a page where you can select/create a folder
- MediaSpark: Assign Tags – Opens a page where you can select/create tags
- MediaSpark: Set Alt Text from Title – Instantly sets alt text (no confirmation needed)
- MediaSpark: Set Custom Alt Text – Opens a page to enter custom alt text

How do I assign files to a folder?

Two ways:
- Single file: Edit the media file and select a folder from the « Media Folders » box
- Multiple files: Select files in Media Library Bulk Actions « MediaSpark: Assign to Folder »

Can I create new folders during bulk assign?
-
Yes! When you use « MediaSpark: Assign to Folder », you can either:
* Select an existing folder from the dropdown
* Enter a new folder name in the « Or Create New Folder » field -
Same as folders! Select files Bulk Actions « MediaSpark: Assign Tags » Select existing or create new tags.

What’s the difference between the two alt text bulk actions?

- Set Alt Text from Title – Automatically uses the first 2 words from the filename (instant, no confirmation)
- Set Custom Alt Text – Opens a page where you can type custom alt text (same for all selected files)
